The thick-sliced, nicely-browned swordfish is sautéed in the sweet, aromatic teriyaki sauce until it's been glazed beautifully. For our second dish, we're making daikon radish steak, sautéed in great-smelling sesame oil, and topped with grated daikon to add a refreshing flavor. |
